Moray Business Woman and highly experienced local entrepreneur, Susan Pettit, has launched a specialist consultancy Client Central designed to help local businesses to win, grow and retain clients by delivering an exceptional client journey.
Explaining why the business was formed “We all know what it is like to be a client, through the many purchases and interactions we have with brands each and every day. Yet in my experience, very few businesses take the time to understand and evaluate the entire client journey they provide to their own customers. The businesses that really invest in perfecting the client experience are the ones that grow exponentially and turn their clients into true ambassadors for their products and services. Think about Apple or Airbnb as examples. It’s not just the product or service we remember, it’s the entire experience that’s different and makes it exceptional to us as consumers.”
Client Central, launched on 16th November, offers a series of workshops and consultancy services designed to help businesses embrace this way of thinking, and to start to reap the highly profitable rewards. As well as these more formalised offerings, Susan is also available to support ad hoc needs such as developing highly effective marketing strategies, working in partnership with my clients to create winning tender submissions or supporting other start-up businesses in creating an exceptional client experience.
Susan has an exceptional CV with over 16 years’ experience in business development and marketing roles across the UK. The majority of her experience comes from the professional services sector where she has used her insight to create and implement client facing strategies that transform businesses. Having spent the last two years as client experience director with the world’s leading professional services research agency, she now plans to use her unique combination of experience and skills to help others.
Susan moved to Portgordon with her family and two dogs a little over a year ago, after her partner was re-posted at RAF Lossiemouth. She is a Moray Business Woman member and has also joined our mentoring scheme to offer her skills and experience to fellow MBW members.
