The Moray Business Women Showcase is back by popular demand! And once again we invite you to be the stars of our show.
The MBW Showcase is a great networking event suited to all working women in Moray. Whether a business owner, an employee, a representative of a business group of charity it’s a chance to make new contacts. Learn more about Moray Business Women as an organisation and their extensive range of benefits. And then through our programme of short presentations and exhibition space it’s an opportunity to showcase yourself and shout about your business, organisation or work sector.
Mingle with members and guests over a delicious buffet created by Amanda Green’s Silver Stag Catering. Take a wander among the stalls and stands manned by the vast range of businesses our members work for, manage or own then settle down to hear from some of our members as they take to the stage.
6.30pm – Registration, networking with finger buffet supper
7.30pm – Presentations (tea and coffee will be served at the interval)
9.00pm – Raffle and sum up
9.15pm – Staff dismantle and close
Stall holders will have access from 5.00pm to set up. All stall holders are requested to be set up and in position by 6.15pm. No stalls to be dismantled until after 9.00pm and all stalls must be cleared by 10.00pm.

Why not take a stand? A chance to exhibit your services and sell your products. Or you may like to take a short presentation slot? A short five minute “show and tell” to introduce yourself and your business/group/organisation. Presentations can take any form but most of all they aim is to encourage members to “have a go” among a relaxed, friendly and welcoming audience.
Members: will be given priority for a free stand or presentation slot until 20th February only.
Non members: non members stands (subject to availability) will be available to book from 7:00pm on 20th February at an additional cost of £20 (i.e. £35 including admission). Remember Moray Business Women membership is just £50 for a full 12 months. So why not join today (see below) and book your member place and stand (£12). At a total cost of £62 by joining MBW versus £35 for a non member there has never been a better cost advantage to signing up. And of course you get to enjoy a full year of benefits.
Non members who decide to join MBW on the night will be refunded their stand cost.
You can secure your stand/presentation slot at the time of booking by selecting the relevant ticket type. The final closing date for all bookings will be midnight on Friday 9th March 2018. Places for this event are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Donate a raffle for charity: Each month we invite you to bring along a raffle prize. Proceeds from the raffle go towards our charity pot which this year will be donated to Defibs for Moray. Remember to attach your business card so we can mention your kind donation on the night.
